Position Frequencies. Since year 2005-8-28, the beginning of the current game of 5/55 + 1/42 numbers, the Powerball winning numbers drawn have displayed certain pattern ranges for each position. When choosing your numbers, these Ranges of numbers for each position will help you.

80% POSITION. 80 percent of all winning numbers drawn, fall within the position pattern ranges in the following table. The results of recent winning numbers are included in the table. The Powerball numbers 4,7,21,22,25,27,28,33,34,38,39,40,41 and 42 were left out of the 80% position as they were the least drawn.

85% POSITION. 85 percent of all winning numbers drawn, fall within the 85% position pattern ranges. Results of recent draws are shown. The Powerball numbers 4,7,21,22,25,27,33,34,40,41 and 42 were left out of the 85% position as they were the least drawn.
